Q: WHERE CAN I FIND MORE INFORMATION ON THE AWARDS-BA³ SYSTEM?

A: The AWARDS-BA³ system is our distribution, WMS and ERP software application which is developed in Microsoft.NET. For more detail on the system and the various modules available see our solution and modules pages.

Q: DO YOU CATER FOR FMD REQUIREMENTS?

A: Yes - Our AWARDS-BA³ solution is fully FMD (Falsified Medicines Directive) compliant.

Q: WE NEED RF PICKING IN OUR WAREHOUSE. CAN YOU HELP US?

A: Yes - We provide full RF picking capabilities within the AWARDS-BA³ solution as part of our Warehouse Module.

RF picking provides a range of advantages for you in your warehouse. These include:

  • Increased efficiency throughout the warehouse.
  • Greater speed and more effective use of resources.
  • Reduced errors in both putaway and picking operations.
  • Full auditing and traceability of each activity.
  • Easier issue resolution due to auditing features available.

Q: WHERE CAN I GET A SUPPORT QUERY ANSWERED?

A: The Brentech Helpdesk allows you to log and review any support queries that have been raised with us.
